People are unaware of the SMS registration. There are two methods of FESCO SMS registration. The steps for the application are very easy and free. Here are two methods, which we will discuss in detail later.

  • The first method is to send the contact number of the head of your family and any other family member’s contact details to FESCO’s official number to register.
  • The second method is to register your phone number through the official online website.

  • Create a new text message on your mobile phone.
  • Type “REG (14-digit reference number) in the given text.
  • After typing this, send this text to the FESCO official number  8118.
  • Within a few minutes, you will receive a message from FESCO that your number is being registered. 

After SMS registration, FESCO will send messages that include billing details, the due date, and the total amount of the bill. Moreover, it’s important that the message provider service deduct charges from your account.

The second method for FESCO SMS registration is through the FESCO official website. For registration, you should follow these steps.

  • Go to FESCO’s official website.
  • Click on the “Contact Us” option.
  • Choose the “Customer Service” tab.
  • From the drop-down menu, select the SMS/E-mail registration option.
  • Then enter your 14-digit reference number or contact number in the given field.
  • After completing all the processes, click on the “Submit” button.

After processing, you will get a confirmation text from the FESCO SMS service. This message will confirm that your registration is complete. After completion of the process, you will receive monthly messages based on billing details, total bill amount, due date, and surcharges.
